Head to the Portsmouth traffic circle. Take the Route 1 Bypass north exit off the circle. Continue half a mile north and take the "Maplewood Avenue - Portsmouth/Newington" exit on the right by the Gableview office building. Go up the exit ramp and take a right at the stop sign. Travel one quarter of a mile through the intersection with a flashing yellow light, slow down when you see Cindy Ann Cleaners on your left and you will see an oval sign on the right that reads 118 Maplewood Avenue. This is diagonally across the street from the red brick Prudential Verani Realty building. If you pass the Prudential Verani Realty building on your left, you have missed us. Turn right at the sign into the driveway to our complex between the white buildings. We are in the building closest to the water on the left. To enter, come through the porch (red arrow) at the far left entrance to the front of this building (facing Maplewood Avenue). You will see a square blue sign next to the doorway with the letter B marked in white on it. Come through this door and walk up the stairs to our office. There is a reserved  parking space for our office right in front of that porch and behind our building (on the water side) are seven "at large" parking spaces.  Six of them face the water and are closest to the dumpster and the other is in the middle of the five spaces that face our building. There is also free parking with no time limit along the far side of Maplewood Avenue across from our driveway into our complex. There is metered parking on the near side of Maplewood Avenue on either side of our driveway and we have the city's "Easy Park" devices available in our office to pay for parking there should you need to. There is also a municipal parking lot behind the Prudential VeraniRealty building on Vaughn street that accepts credit cards.  If you have any questions, please ask.
