Head to the Portsmouth traffic circle. Take the Route 1 Bypass north exit off the circle. Continue half a mile north and take the "Maplewood Avenue - Portsmouth/Newington" exit on the right by the Gableview office building. Go up the exit ramp and take a right at the stop sign. Travel one quarter of a mile through the intersection with a flashing yellow light, slow down when you see Cindy Ann Cleaners on your left and you will see an oval sign on the right that reads 118 Maplewood Avenue. This is diagonally across the street from the red brick Prudential Verani Realty building. If you pass the Prudential Verani Realty building on your left, you have missed us. Turn right at the sign into the driveway to our complex between the white buildings. We are in the building closest to the water on the left. To enter, come through the porch at the far left entrance to the front of this building (facing Maplewood Avenue). You will see a square blue sign next to the doorway with the letter B marked in white on it. Come through this door and walk up the stairs to our office. There is free parking between buildings on the left as you enter our parking lot and behind our building (facing the water) as well. There is also free parking with no time limit along the near side of Maplewood Avenue on both sides of the driveway into our complex and on the other side of the street as well, with the exception of those spaces directly in front of the Portsmouth Herald building, which are metered.
